PRIVACY POLICY FOR XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC

1. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC Android App and its vehicle-service catalog, used-car and showroom browsing, service cart, inspection records, local activity, profile, contact, settings, and emergency-assistance planning features.

This policy does not govern independent third-party applications, websites, email providers, phone services, map services, or image-hosting services that you may choose to access from the App.

2. INFORMATION YOU MAY ENTER

Depending on the features you use, you may voluntarily enter or select information such as:

• Profile information, such as a name or contact details
• Vehicle information, such as make, model, year, mileage, condition, color, and notes
• Selected automotive services and service-cart records
• Vehicle inspection details, observations, results, and notes
• Emergency or roadside-assistance request details, including the vehicle issue and a location or address that you manually enter
• Contact or inquiry details, such as your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message
• App preferences and locally saved activity

You are responsible for deciding what information to enter. Please do not enter information that is unnecessary for the feature you are using.

3. LOCAL STORAGE AND NO ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT

The App does not require registration, login, or an online user account. Supported profile details, service-cart selections, inspection records, emergency-request drafts, preferences, and activity records are stored locally in the App's private storage on your device, including through Android local storage technologies such as SharedPreferences.

These local records are not automatically uploaded to XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC. They remain on your device unless you deliberately use a feature that opens another application or service to send or share information.

Locally stored data may be accessible to someone who has authorized access to your unlocked device. Device backups controlled by your operating system or device settings may also affect local data according to the backup configuration chosen on your device.

4. INFORMATION TRANSMITTED THROUGH USER-INITIATED ACTIONS

The App may allow you to initiate an email, phone call, map action, browser action, or another external application. When you choose one of these actions, the information you decide to send is transferred through the selected external application or service and is handled under that provider's privacy policy.

If you send an inquiry or other message to XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC, we may receive the information included in that communication and use it to review and respond to your request. We may retain that communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or comply with applicable law.

5. REMOTE IMAGES AND INTERNET ACCESS

The App displays vehicle and automotive-workshop images hosted through remote image services, including images delivered from Unsplash URLs. When the App requests a remote image, the image provider may receive standard network-request information, such as your Internet Protocol address, request time, device or browser information, and the requested image URL. Such information is processed according to the relevant provider's own privacy practices.

XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC does not use remote image requests to create an advertising profile or link those requests to your locally stored service, inspection, or profile records. Internet access may be required for remote images and external links to load.

6. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information handled by the App may be used to:

• Display and manage your selected services
• Maintain your local service cart
• Create and display local vehicle-inspection records
• Show your locally saved profile, preferences, and activity
• Prepare an emergency or roadside-assistance request draft
• Open a user-requested email, call, map, browser, or sharing action
• Respond to a message that you deliberately send to us
• Maintain App functionality, safety, and reliability

The emergency feature is an organizational and request-preparation feature. It does not by itself dispatch, contact, or guarantee emergency or roadside services and should not be relied upon as a replacement for local emergency services.

7. INFORMATION WE DO NOT INTENTIONALLY COLLECT THROUGH AN APP BACKEND

The current version does not operate an XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC server that automatically collects your locally stored profile, vehicle, service-cart, inspection, emergency-request, or activity records.

The App is not designed to use advertising networks, behavioral advertising, analytics tracking, or in-app user accounts. We do not sell your personal information.

If the App's features, third-party services, or data practices change, this Privacy Policy and the App's Google Play Data safety disclosures will be updated as appropriate.

8. SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

We do not automatically share your locally stored App records with third parties. Information may leave your device only when:

• You deliberately send or share it through an external application or service
• A remote provider receives standard technical information needed to deliver requested content, such as an image
• Disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request
• Disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC, or others
• Business records are transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate notice and legal safeguards where required

We do not exchange personal information for monetary consideration.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Locally stored App data remains on your device until you delete the relevant record where that option is available, clear the App's storage from Android settings, or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App normally removes its locally stored data, subject to any device-backup or restore settings managed by you or your operating-system provider.

Because the App does not create an online account or automatically upload local records to our backend, there is no server-side App account to delete.

Communications that you voluntarily send to XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, business recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.

10. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss of information. Local records are stored within the App's device storage, and remote content should be requested through secure HTTPS connections where supported.

No device, storage method, or electronic transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, screen lock, email account, and any external application you use with the App.

11. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS

You may choose not to enter optional information. You can manage supported local records through the App, clear the App's data through Android system settings, or uninstall the App to remove locally stored information, subject to device-backup behavior.

You may also choose not to open external links or send information through email, phone, map, browser, or sharing applications.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly operate an App backend that collects personal information from children. If you believe that a child has sent personal information directly to XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC, please contact us so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The App may display or open third-party content and services. XTREME AUTO CLINIC LLC does not control the privacy, security, availability, or content practices of independent third parties. You should review the privacy policy of any third-party service before providing it with information.

14. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when App features, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revised policy will include an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its store listing where appropriate.
